Service Provision
Impact Counseling and Wellness, LLC has a dedicated team of qualified Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment providers. Our dynamic team consists of doctoral and Masters-level Clinicians with the following credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, National Certified Counselor, Parent Child Interaction Therapist, and Counseling Interns. Each of these professionals bring a unique set of skills, experience, and passion to helping those we serve overcome abuse, neglect, grief and loss, trauma, addiction, and reclaim their futures to enjoy healthy and happy lives. Having a diverse team of certified and licensed professionals allows us to offer a holistic approach providing healing through individual, group, and family treatment services. Impact Counseling and Wellness, LLC provide an eclectic approach to recovery oriented, culturally competent, trauma informed, and evidenced based treatment services. Each Client will receive an assessment and collaboratively create a corresponding individualized treatment plan with their Clinician.

Impact Counseling and Wellness, LLC desires to expand our team of dynamic and experienced mental, behavioral, and substance providers. We have limited internship opportunities for all student and professional levels. In addition to being Licensed Drug Treatment Center, we are also a Licensed Clinical Training Institute.
All staff members must be able to pass a urine drug screen, provide current Tuberculosis screening results, and willing to consent to multiple back ground checks (i.e., professional, criminal, etc.) which may include a FBI fingerprint. Helping Children with a Heart As Big As Texas!
Dr. Holly has been working with children and adolescents in the Texas Foster Care System for more than 20 years. Many of the children and adolescents are now healthy and productive adults who have created loving families. Impact Counseling and Wellness, LLC has been serving this population since our inception.
We work with local and surrounding residential treatment centers and child placing agencies to provide contracted mental and behavioral health services to the children and adolescents in their care. Impact Counseling and Wellness, LLC has continued the tradition started by Dr. Holly to host an annual holiday party for the children, adolescents, foster parents, treatment center staff, and a host of supporters. Our generous donors share their financial resources to help underwrite the cost of the party, donate toys, and provide gift cards for our Clients. Most of all they give of their time by volunteering to make sure the food is delicious and our VIP guests (our Clients) have an amazing time! We have dinner, dance, provide gift cards to each child, and host a talent showcase. This is the flagship event for our team!
